For investment management services, we charge a percentage of the assets under management. This fee structure aligns our interests with yours, as we are incentivised to grow your portfolio. Our investment management fees cover portfolio construction, ongoing management, and regular reviews to ensure your investments remain aligned with your goals.
Our mortgage and protection services are charged as a fixed fee or commission-based. We provide clear information on our fee’s, you can expect to pay £600 for the mortgage broker fee and we receive commission only on protection plans. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best possible advice and plans for your needs.
Our estate planning fees are based on the complexity of the services provided. This includes drafting wills, lasting power of attorneys, setting up trusts, and inheritance tax planning. We provide a detailed quote in advance, ensuring that you understand the costs involved. Our fees reflect the expertise and care we bring to your estate planning needs.
